Returning Your Brick Box Club Package

  1. Please dismantle your borrowed LEGO® set down into individual pieces. Pieces do not have to be sorted as they appear in the building manual.
  2. Place all of the LEGO® parts, including the instruction book into the sealed bags provided. Instruction books are to go in their own bag, and any delicate pieces (like fabrics or rubber parts) are to go into the same bag as the instruction booklet. Bigger pieces that will not fit into the sealed bags, like baseplates or tubes, are to be placed directly back into the parcel box.
  3. Apply the pre-paid returns postage label that came with the set on the outside of the box over the top of the existing postage label.
  4. Please use tape to seal the box so that nothing can fall out. If you do not have any tape you can request for the package to be taped when you deposit the box at the post office.
  5. Take the parcel box to your local Australia Post office and deposit the parcel to be sent back to us. Please note that the shipping fee you have already paid is calculated using your home address post code.
  6. Login to BrickBox Club and go to your Borrow Dashboard. Click the 'I Have Returned All Sets' button. If you want to give us feedback, or let us know if there's any issues like missing or broken pieces, send us an email to support@brickboxclub.com.au. Once we receive your return, we’ll check it in and email you to let you know you can choose your next set(s).
